The SPP provided eligible shareholders with the opportunity to subscribe for up to A$30,000 of New Shares at an issue price of A$0.07 per New Share for Australian Shareholders and NZ$0.085 per New Share for New Zealand Shareholders. The Company has received valid applications under the SPP for 4,772,174 New Shares, raising a total of A$334,055 (before costs). The New Shares will rank equally in all respects with the Company’s existing fully paid Ordinary Shares. The New Shares are expected to be issued on Monday, 28 September 2026 with ASX quotation expected on Wednesday, 30 September 2026.
